When my husband and I started looking for our first home, we didn't even know where to start.  The process can be long and confusing if you don't have someone to help you.

We started off using a realtor from another agency in town, but we didn't get very good advice because we were looking for a moderately priced home.  We happened upon Christa Estes at Prudential Realty one day.  After that, we decided not to use anyone else.  She helped us through every step of the process and was always willing to work house showings into our busy schedules. 

With Christa's help, we quickly found our house and couldn't be more pleased with her service.  When the time comes to sell, we'll be going back to Christa.

Christa Estes with Prudential Magnolia aided us in buying our first home. This was no small task in itself. Since we were new at this, we knew what we were looking for -- but didn't exactly know the right questions to ask. Christa recommended an attorney to do the closing and a mortgage loan officer to process our loan.

She was very helpful throughout the whole process. Two years later, I was transferred with my job. We immediately called Christa, and she began showing our home.
