over 3,000 phone calls, show more than 4,500 homes, and fill out 1000's of forms.
You will find my method of listing properties very effective. First, I create color flyers to be placed on the listing sign, and
then I follow up by sending postcards throughout the neighborhood to encourage surrounding residents to help find their new neighbors.
As a current member of the North Mississippi Board of
Realtors, I will make your property information available to all realtors in the area when they search for new properties for their clients/customers.
I will provide you with a marketing plan to insure the best
possible results when it comes to selling your property in a timely manner at the highest possible price.

decide on true market value for your property, an approximate date of closing, and possibilities for you to chose from in relocation.
